Hella appeared on KARE-11 TV’s Showcase Minnesota and made heirloom recipes and did an updated version of the same…Aunt Paulee’s Sweet Potato Pancakes with Mango salsa. Here is the recipe (medium mango cut up, ½ red onion diced up, 3 tablespoons cilantro, ½ tablespoon of dice chilies, 3 table spoons fresh lime juice)
